Founded in 2020, Nogueira Driver Development seeks and develops talent with the aim of taking them to the highest categories of motorsport.

With the experience of driver and engineer Lucas Nogueira, we are able to provide the best service to the driver, so they can focus on what is the most important thing: Racing

Driver development

Nowadays, drivers reach the highest categories of motorsport at a very young age. To accelerate this development, we study the driver’s level, from beginner to advanced, and implement a personalized coaching process to optimize the athlete’s development.

Data analysis – telemetry

With experience in engineering, Lucas Nogueira brought an innovative model for analyzing data for both driver and equipment performance. In addition to working with drivers and teams, he also teaches courses for future engineers and drivers to understand data analysis.

Sponsor search

We work connecting drivers to projects to raise funds and seek sponsorship. This way we can put the athlete and the company in a situation where both sides win!

We use the Brazilian Sports Incentive Law to attract sponsors for our drivers. We currently have more than 4 million dollars managed under our portifolio. If you want to sponsor or find your sponsor, come to us!

Career management

We guide the driver and his parents to follow the right path during their career. To reach the top, it’s not enough to just participate in the biggest competitions, but to take the right step at the right time.

We plan the competition calendar and budget for each category in which the driver will compete. Organization is everything!
